#timetosoar24 I chose to work on managing my stress for the month of January. My goal is to work up to am & pm meditation but a minimum of once daily for the first week. I’m using a couple of apps and also my own meditation practice. I do yoga and enjoy meditation but life gets in the way. (One recorded class and I’ll have my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training completed)
