My why is to be healthy and fit, both physically and mentally, so I can play with my current and future grandchildren for many years to come. My levers are reducing carbohydrates, exercise, stress reduction, and sleep. My sleep quality has been terrible for the past year which makes it harder to do everything else. I’m off to a good start. I don’t have sweets or carbs in the house, pulled out my keto cookbooks and food prepped for the week yesterday. I was able to get a modified workout in yesterday, followed by some sauna time. Still slept poorly, so tonight I will try meditation in the sauna before bed and no TV. I’ve been looking forward to doing the challenge with everyone #TimeToSoar24
