Happy New Year Everyone! My focus levers for this month are stress reduction and improved sleep hygiene. I am going to be listening to a book called “Why Zebras Don’t Have Ulcers” that my trainer strongly recommended to work on stress reduction. My sleep goal is not only about number of hours but also consistency (my bedtime right now varies very widely and it isn’t working for me…some nights in bed by 10…other nights up till 3 AM). I am commiting to be in bed without any electronics by midnight at least 5 days/week.
