#TimeToSoar24 I just started this journey two days ago. My why is to get healthy, I don’t want to jeopardize my health/life any longer. So the lever I’m concentrating on is 30g of carbs a day. I’ve planned my meals for this week, have been reading and learning so much! I’m pretty excited!
