This thing (and my belt) tells me more about how things are going than the gravitational pull on my scale. Take your measurements tomorrow or Monday. Take them again every quarter this year. Let these measurements be your guide. If you are starting a new-to-your-body workout, take your measurements, get your starting weight … then … stay off the scale for 2-3 months. Your clothes will let you know you are progressing. Your improvement in workouts will let you know you are progressing. Your body composition will be adapting and changing and the scale will definitely be fluctuating. Let your clothing be your guide.
