One of the rare times of the year whereupon I don't practice what I preach (consuming protein powders/shakes aka "cake batter"),at least for Friday's during lent when I don't eat meat. So...still in the spirit of St. Patricks Day βοΈ, I make my own lowcarb sugar-free "Shamrock Shake". How do I get the nice green color to the shake? Why you add a ripened avocado π₯ to mix for not only a great creamy texture & great nutrition profile, but also a beautiful green hue. Deliciousness...
