'Twas low-carb Christmas Eve, quiet as a mouse, No carbs to be found, anywhere in the house. Stockings were hung by the chimney so neat, In hopes that St. Keto would bring us a treat. Nestled in beds, dreaming of delights, Sugar-free options dancing through the night. In the kitchen, we prepared for a low-carb feast, Making @Rosette mixes, our carb cravings ceased. Out on the lawn, a clatter, so quick, I dashed to the window to see what the freck?. It was St. Keto, a sleigh and reindeer, carb-conscious and slick. Almond, Coconut, Pecan, and Flax, Hazelnut, Walnut, Chia, and Snacks, They flew to the porch, to the top of the wall, With a sleigh full of low-carb goodies for all. Down the chimney, St. Keto came with a sack, A bundle of recipes flung on his back, He unpacked low-carb joy, no need to track. He sprang to his sleigh and as he vanished from sight, he yelled a final delight, "Happy low-carb Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
