I have learned soooooo much about proper technique/form, breathing (and slowing down my breathing while jogging), and so much more!! Love you bunches, Susan! Thank youuuuuu!! I’ve been doing walk/jog intervals on the treadmill each morning … usually 3 miles or so. Decided I wanted to see if I could go 4 miles of continuous jogging … AND I DID IT THIS MORNING!! New #achievementunlocked … 4 miles took me 51 minutes. Benchmark set and I am so flipping proud of myself. I only walked the first minute in and jogged the other 50. I can remember the first time I jogged on the treadmill. It was for 30 seconds at a time and only for 5 minutes. I have come so far and look forward to more to come. Such a #confidencebooster !!! #bonusworkout today was cooking 15 lbs of ground beef, 6 quarts of salad jars prepped, dishes done, kitchen cleaned up, whew!! Definitely work!!
