I will NOT, I REFUSE to beat myself up. I will get help the moment I veer off path. I will commit to never saying to myself “I will do better next time” and instead I will immediately put into action whatever I would have needed to stay on track, that very next day. Making yourself feel shitty and saying “I need to do better” is a cheap way of lowering your self confidence and keeping you stuck in pointless self blame Instead, highlight exactly the help you would have needed to stay on track and take the actions immediately to implement that in your life. Take a picture of those actions and share them in the app so others can learn the tools you are putting place to protect you, other people can benefit from you too!
