Broke my fast a little earlier than expected this morning,post workout. I was a little hungry & tried something a little different. A simple 2 ingredient Protein Pancake: 1 scoop protein powder ½ cup liquid egg white liquid A little smear of cream cheese and some blueberries for a little added goodness. Simple,effective.
