12/20 - Treadmill & mobility work today. My tendon pain is present but decreased (yah!) My arm aches but not miserable. A small win! I began planning my “Mindpump” programming for mobility. I’m going to finish out the year working on my hamstrings, mobility & retain lower body while I heal upper body.
