After many months of rehab for my rotator cuff issue I am done with physical therapy and have once again hit the gym. It took me almost two weeks to figure how to track. This is my first tracked workout. Doing weight training only no boxing for a while. Really enjoying my workouts with a trainer. Happy days are back. I must confess I used the no exercise syndrome as an excuse and did not do good nutrition but I am back focused and committed. Also this was my lower body workout, tomorrow is upper body. Then adding core next week.
