Went to the gym ahead of TRX class tonight. Took the opportunity to try the rowing machine for warmup instead of the treadmill, it will be my new warmup activity. There were only 2 participants at TRX tonight so we were able to experiment a bit. Put our feet in the handles trying some different movements/positions. That definitely uses core strength. I imagine I will be feeling it tomorrow, but at least it is a "happy" hurt. For Sally I took a 15 pound weight and a 12 for backup in case the 15 was too much. Surprised myself and made it through with the 15. 💪 Happy Monday everyone.
