#mealprep done for this week: - 16 HB eggs - 12 egg bites with leftover broccoli from last night, chopped bacon, diced red onions, cayenne for kick - 4 quarts of salad jars for taco salads this week - 3 lbs ground beef from the cooked #freezerstockup stash jazzed up with taco seasoning (I’ll post the recipe to the seasoning in the comments) - Rest of the head of red cabbage oven roasted and sliced up to add to my curry soup this week as a noodle replacement - Carnivore “flatbread” to dip into the curry soup - Yogurt will be set to incubate tonight before bed And, heck ya … I tracked meal prep as a workout! #chorescount #bringontheweek #settingmyselfupforsuccess #quickmeals #wegotthis
