Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to have found Dr Tro on IG and now here I am. But apprehensive because I’m scared of failing myself again on yet another program. I’d like to become a premium member but I’m wondering how much time per day would I need to invest in order to be successful? There’s so much great info it’s a little overwhelming. Keto and/or low carb has always been a diet that I struggled sticking with the most, I guess because it feels restrictive, but the science makes sense. I have a history of restricting then bingeing. Ive yo yo dieted for the past 30 years and I’m so tired of the constant litany in my head about my body, weight, what I should eat, can’t eat etc. I’ve even tried a 12 step group. Thank you for any suggestions or encouragement 🙏🏼☀️❤️
