Curious what is considered a weight loss stall and if it is a stall I’m in, what I can do to move past it? I’ve been fluctuating the same 2-3 lbs back and forth since Thanksgiving even though my food is in the same place. I’ve lost 40 lbs but want to lose another 40-50 lbs so not sure if I should be changing something or not. I’m OMAD 5x a week and now recently (coach recommended), 2 meals a day 2x a week. I eat very little added fat to cooking and very limited cheese/nuts. I do heavy cream in coffee a few times a week (don’t measure but like 3-4 TBS when I do…but it’s once a day 3-4 times a week). Any thoughts? Is there info in this app about it or a podcast? TIA
