Mid-week check in: Stayed consistent since this time last week! Worked out 6 of 7 days. Closed all my rings & met my goals everyday except 1 day of an exercise ring. Lunch with the girls from my working days & Christmas shopping with my daughter took that spot! *HIIT/Cardio x 4 *Strength x 4 (dumbbells & upper/lower body bands, squats & dresser pushups) *Core x 5 + added in some short balance workouts daily. MUCH needed, Yikes!! Setting a goal to continue doing those daily. *As always, walkity walk walking (indoor & outdoor) in addition to all the restβ¦ πΆπΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ ***Not a 4am β worker-outerβ EVER but I do manage to get it done eventually throughout the day!! Major kudos to all you early birds that do get up and go crazy early though. πππ
