Class tonight was small, the instructor and five of us hard core gals. It was 15 minutes of tabata cardio then weights for upper body and legs. I forgot to start my watch until halfway through the cardio. Even with a small group there was giggles along with the grunts. Found out that I am a little closer to my goal of getting up from the floor without using my hands. The next goal I am planning is to reduce (preferably get rid of) the apron of belly that showed up with the second pregnancy 22 years ago. This one will take a bit more work.
