First time for me … beef bone marrow broth. I asked the butcher yesterday if he had any beef soup bones (like knuckles) available. Sadly, he did not. But — he suggested beef marrow broth, soooooo here we are. (He said it makes the bestest broth he’s had.) Roasted the bones at 400°F for 25 minutes (marrow up). Everything I read said, “Until the marrow is bubbly.” Into the Instant Pot with all the veggie and herb scraps from the freezer. Set it to high pressure for 3 hrs and will let it natural release. We’ll see how gelatinous the broth is after chilling in the fridge overnight.
