Mid week check-in (and the end of last week too!) Spent Saturday & Sunday practicing some self care while a darn virus tried to take hold. I gave myself the weekend to get lots of rest, drink plenty of bone broth & cinnamon tea and even made some chicken soup for the entire house (thank goodness for that rotisserie chicken I meal-prepped last week!) I gave it a one-two punch on Monday when I got back to some exercise and it’s been uphill since. Feeling better w/a bit of a cough left but doubling down on the daily exercise & outside walking. Still drinking the bone broth & cinnamon tea daily too. πŸ‘πŸ‘ So far this week & the end of last week I’ve gotten a good amount of varied exercise so feeling like things are falling back into place! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ😎 -Cardio -Strength Training -Bands! -Core -HIIT -And walking of course! Met all my goals & closed my rings except Saturday & Sunday. I’ll take it! #keeponkeepingon
