Another walk outside & my last 2 bike rides in Bhutan 🇧🇹 Finished the biking challenge just in time to finish out the month. Couple of takeaways from the trainer: “Inhale the positive, exhale the negative” In response to the pillars that make up the gross national happiness of Bhutan, the trainer came up with the pillars of Fitness. 1. Mental toughness 2. Work ethic 3. Nourishment 4.
