I signed up earlier this week and I have my first meeting in mid-December! Decided to start eating keto/low carb until then to get things started. Today will be day 3 of keto/low carb (I had couscous last night), and it’s pretty easy and very satisfying! I start my days with a glass of water with chlorophyll and lemon water, followed by a small breakfast of berries, walnuts, 1 Brazil nut, a cube of cheese and vitamin D, with coffee and cream. Keeps me pretty full until 12:30pm for lunch. Very excited to start with Coach Amy 🥰
