Finally home after a couple of weeks away visiting some fam over the holiday! There were good times, somewhat challenging times being the only person living this plan (fortunately food was not one of them,) and a few more times of giving myself more grace than usual when it came to exercise, meal times, bedtimes, things like that. Here’s my plan for veering back on to my habit highway (for now anyway until the next holiday!) *Yesterday was a Costco & Sam’s Club food run & the Tuesday mtg. Important stuff! *Today has been some meal prep (cooked a batch of slider size burgers that I found discounted at Sam’s Club, deboned a rotisserie chicken from Sam’s, started a batch of yogurt & made some cinnamon tea.) Mini-mtg is on the agenda & a quick Disney trip to get some steps in.) *Tomorrow my plan is to get back to my various workouts that I typically make time to do. I’ll do my best to map out a week or two of planned videos so it’ll be easier to just get them done without thinking too much about it. Now that I’m home MY treadmill doesn’t have an air hockey table sitting on it (☺️) so I’ll use that too! Of course, there’s the outside/Vitamin D walking as well! Pretty sure there’ll be more planning but for now this is what I’ve got! Keep on keepin’ on folks! 😎
