I tried to post a photo earlier from my Sunday workout, but my phone didn't want to cooperate. 7 minutes on the lateral elliptical, with an average heart rate of 142. That machine takes it out of me in a way the regular elliptical and treadmill don't. I prefer this machine though because it reminds me of skating and really works the lower half. My goal is not so much to increase time but to increase levels and intensity during my time on there. I'm at level 1 now but hope to get back to the level I did in the past over time. Has anyone else done the lateral? I took inspiration from 2 different soup recipes I've seen posted on here. Crockpotted cabbage and zucchini in chicken broth, then added some smoked sausage. When I heated it up, I added some HWC, parsley, and dill. (Added later because I'm experimenting with not adding the dairy before freezing.) The dill + HWC was surprisingly good. Not a flavor profile I had tried before.
