62 minute Resistance training workout today. I just started “Phase 3” of this programming so bumping up to 3 workouts/week from 2. Excited to have made so much progress this year. And I recently bought a belt….. first time since high school that I’ve needed a belt. High school was a hot minute ago 🙄😂
