Anyone else notice this? As a fairly new consumer to coffee (past 3 yrs) I've found it necessary to abstain from the product occasionally. During the week (3x) I have 7oz Nitro Cold Brew as my pre-workout. Weekends I make my usual 16oz with freshly ground beans. Theoretically then I'm having coffee 5 days during the week. I've found myself fatigued, possible, adrenal fatigued and not sleeping well. I decided to abstain from coffee for the week beginning this past Monday. Maybe it took a few days to "detox, but today I found myself sleeping longer and waking up more refreshed than before. Thoughts anyone?
