Well finally got out for a walk today and think the plan is for a minimum 1 mile per day and by end of month transition back into running… Haven’t been able to run since last summer because what started out as just laziness but then as colder months got here couldn’t run because i seem to get these bronchial spasms in the cold if i aren’t in good running shape so basically took winter off plus been busy with a bathroom remodel and etc,,, yeah i got all the excuses but i am done So here is to my latest attempt in 2 weeks should at least have started back running and should have a minimum of 14 miles in walking https://strava.app.link/uTpk9tYOoob
