So I had chopped liver (I love it but I know not for everyone) and my glucose level shot up like 50 pts! I didn’t make it but inquired what was in it and it all seemed super keto-friendly. I then Googled carb count and it said 14g per serving and I probably had two servings so that explains it! Those carbs sure are sneaky!! Lesson learned…check before eating; even if it seems “safe”.
