Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating. @DoctorLaura thank you for the book suggestion "The Clot Thickens" by Doctor Malcom Kendrick, it was a great listen. I am now listening to his book "The Great Cholesterol Con". Wit and sarcasm help to drive his message. He breaks down medical jargon so that you don't need to be a clinician to understand the content. Personally I really like listening to books rather than reading. Listening allows me to be doing other tasks while taking in the book, whether it is driving to work, crocheting or chores around the house. I have listened to Gary Taubes, Dr. Robert Lustig, Dr. Annette Bosworth, Dr. Philip Ovadia, Dr. Chris Palmer, Dr. Aseem Malhotra, Nina Tiecholz, Michelle Hurn, plus a few more.
