Last week was yet another busy week between appointments, packing & traveling so my exercise consisted of more walking than much else…I thought….but after reviewing my Oura ring workouts for the week I guess I snuck in a wider variety of workouts than I thought! *Cardio 3 *Core 1 *Strength Training 2 *Walking, walking & more walking! *Closed all my rings every day but 1. *Only got to 10k steps 4 out of 7 days. 😎 This week I’ll be adapting a bit for the workouts because I’m at my daughter’s house & I’ve got less space & different equipment but I’m still planning on keepin’ movin’! Today was a HIIT workout, TUT Strength Training (with slightly lighter weights than I use at home) & a Core workout. All done before anyone else even got up! Walking is a given so things should roll along smoothly. I spied a set of bands hanging on the treadmill today (which has an air hockey table sitting on it 🤦♀️) so tomorrow will probably include a good band workout too! Flexibility is gonna be my key to success! 😉
