Curious to hear about everyone’s experiences cultivating a mindfulness practice as part of your health and weight loss journey. I’ve been trying to add meditation and moving meditations (walking or tai chi) to my habits to help with stress reduction and to be more in tune with my bodies cues on hunger, satiation, and chronic pain. To the Tro team, have you noticed any sort of correlations in your research and the literature about adding an intentional mindfulness practice?
