#bonusworkout today … deep cleaning on my house because everyone knows when company comes over, they inspect your baseboards and ceiling fan blades. 😂🤣😆😁 (I know they don’t, but lol.) But, two+ hours of moving and grooving of additional movement today … and now super clean baseboards ready for company this weekend. All the extras count! Bonus! Was practicing my Karate Kid moves … wipe down with my right hand, dry with my left hand.
