Tonight's class was tabata focusing on glutes and legs. Lots of curtsy lunges, my least favorite... I struggle with them as I have balance issues stemming from neuropathy in my feet. I was gettinga bit better at them by the end. Having neuropathy sucks when it affects your ability to keep balance. Depending on the movement I will find a wall or something to help with balance. If I don't I spend more than 50% of the time not actually doing the requested movement. Does anyone else here have neuropathy effecting their daily life?
