We drove for a weekend anniversary getaway to visit our son last night who lives about 4 hours from us and didn’t arrive till 1030 PM. I hadn’t eaten much at all the whole day (pork rinds) and was very hungry BUT because it was so late and one of my “why wait” changes that has been so good for me has been “no eating for 4 hours before bed”, I decided to just drink water, ignore the hunger and go to sleep around 1 AM. This picture was my reward for making a healthier choice!!
