No pictures, just a post of walking wins! Last week was a first in a long time. I walked 30 minutes each day for 4 days! This week I am on a 5 day streak and plan on getting in another walk today and tomorrow. Miracles to me have been: sleeping through the night more deeply, more calm during the day, energy increases, and the biggest win has been that my 30 minute walk has made my 24 intermittent fasting days easier!!
