Mid week (kinda) check-in! Monday was a day off for me. It was the first day since September 9th that I didn’t close all my Apple Watch rings (didn’t finish closing my exercise ring) and didn’t meet my 10k step goal. Monday was a LOT in so many ways and unfortunately exercise went by the wayside. 🤷‍♀️ Tuesday - Thursday was better though! I got in a couple of couple mile walks, some HIIT, some strength training, some core workouts & an extra after dinner walk each day. I’ll take it and just keep on keepin’ on! 😎
