In years past, I would’ve used the November time change w/ the accompanying early darkness as an excuse to forgo a walk after work.Not today! New headlamps, New mindset! As Dr. Rob Cywes says in podcast 275, “It’s a journey of milestones, challenging ourselves to move forward with new objectives, not endpoints. When you go outside, you put yourself in a position where you allow your mind to imagine a possibility. The behavioral change is EMPOWERMENT! Now go take on the day!
