#whywait Planning ahead! Cooked about 18 boneless chicken breasts and a pound of bacon (less a few test pieces 😉) on my flat top grill this afternoon. Time to vacuseal and freeze most of them. Easy reheat by letting the bag thaw then placing the bag in a pot of 175 degree water for 20-30 minutes. Kinda like poor man’s sous vide. First month low carb went great so staying in good habits to succeed in the second month!
