Our first ever High Accountability challenge has now officially ended. What goals did you achieve? Which ones need improvement? We now have 60 days left until the new year, and I will repeat the question we started last month with -- who do you want to be in 2024? And #WhyWait until then to start? A few months back I wrote a post about how small changes over time create a big impact and I wanted to re-up it for today (link below). I'm going to challenge you to take a look at some of the goals you created last month, and if things are going well? Keep doing them. But if you fell short on any of your goals, can you break those goals down into teeny, tiny steps and commit to just a small part of that goal? So, if you intended to get 10,000 steps every day, but only got to 5,000...I recommend re-setting the goal to consistently hit 5,500 for November. When that happens, increase another 10%. And if you joined us for the Tuesday night High Accountability sessions, can you take a few minutes to give us feedback....what worked and what didn't. We will be incorporating these challenges quarterly -- the next one in January -- and would love to hear from all those who participated.
