Fridays during Lenten season are no meat for me.Also gave up "nuts" for Lent. After this mornings fasted workout I waited several more hours to fast. So I broke my fast with a lowcarb protein shake. Waited a bit, had a couple of stalks of celery,mini red pepper,a cherry tomato with some baby carrots. Waited a bit again and had 4 scrambled eggs with salsa and a couple of slices of buttered homemade tahini bread. So full!
