#whywait #vitaming #Gratitude This has been a week filled with appointments for all kinds of things, dental, internet upgrade, washer repair, housecleaners, you name it & it happened! Throw in a couple of 🐭🏰❤️ trips & some Zoom meetings and you got a week that’s gonna take some finagling to get the workouts in. But it happened! Here’s what I’ve gotten done so far this week: *HIIT workouts x 2 days *TUT Strength Training x 2 days *2-3 mile walks M-W-F *Met my 10k step goal each day (Wednesday was over 22k & last night I got the last steps in at 10pm just to get it done. Could not let that one go! 🤦♀️) Plan for Saturday/Sunday: 1) 1 more HIIT & Strength Training session to round out the week. 2) Meet my 10k step goal each day. 3) Most probably a walk or 2 just cuz… 🤷♀️
