#whywait One of my goals for this month was to try & share a new recipe each week. This week’s recipe is about making your own sugar free dried cranberries. It can be a great little low carb condiment to have around if you can find them without a ton of sugar. Ran across this recipe recently and decided I'd give it a try. I'm not a big fan of the regular ones because of the ingredients so I thought, perfect time of year to give making them a try. I love the idea of being able to add them to a salad or other dishes (a TG low carb stuffing or something along those lines.) I only used half the sweetener recommended because I did NOT want them so sweet I'd be tempted to pop them in my mouth by the handful so tart worked for me. I also used frozen cranberries so it took almost double the drying time but it still worked fine! Also, this particular site, All Day I Dream About Food, is a really great site with lots of clean keto recipes. I've made a bunch of other ones that have been delish!
