Wednesday fitness class. It was kick boxing, my LEAST favorite - mostly because I don't have balance, speed or agility. It wasn't as bad as I remembered. All this exercising is making a difference, I will take that as a win. With around 15 mins left we had a quick drink break then the instructor says "ok we are going to do 5 mins of cardio". We all kind of looked at each other all sweaty, thinking "haven't we been doing Cardio?" I forgot to start my watch at the beginning, it was a full hour including warm-up and stretching at the end. This isn't a typical heart rate chart for me, usually there are lower spots showing the break in activity. No breaks tonight!!
