Sleep I struggle with sleep because of hip and back pain I just tossed my 4 year old Amazon bought memory foam mattress which was very comfortable at the beginning and bought a stearns and foster double coil spring mattress with a pillow top They are ridiculously pricey but I woke up with minimal pain this morning Which is excellent because usually your first few days on a new mattress you are adjusting Just calling it an investment in my health It seems I buy a new mattress every 4 years for the last 15 years hopefully this quality will last longer
