I’ve been doing strict OMAD at least 3 days a week this month (not 1.5 meals; truly just 1). Well yesterday was one of them…so I ate my meal at 4 PM but was up late working. So by midnight I was feeling really, really hungry!! I tried all my “tricks” like drinking water, distraction, etc but that hunger wouldn’t go away. I was very close to just eating something small; thinking I’d never fall asleep feeling that hungry. Good news is I didn’t eat, I did fall asleep just fine being hungry and I woke up not feeling a bit hungry at all! I’m soooo happy I didn’t give into the hunger! It’s good to know that sometimes when I think my body is signaling me to eat, I don’t have to listen. Perhaps it was just sleep my body really needed!
