Protein Green Goddess Dip and protein “chips”. I followed his recipe for the dip and it worked great. I thinned some of the dip out a bit to use on top of the chicken thigh shawarma. Was good!! If ya don’t use Instagram, the ingredients are in the third photo. Just toss all in a food processor, blend, taste for seasoning. I didn’t have fresh parsley, but dried worked just fine. Tip: Be light-handed with the lemon juice. Every lemon is different and if ya get a juicy one, it can easily overpower the other flavors. Tip: If you live in an area where finding fresh (and good) avocados is difficult, one of the “smashed avocado” dipping cups is equivalent to half an avocado. Worked just fine.
