First rule of fight club … wait, wrong workout. First rule of resistance bands at home … if the exercise calls for using the door anchor … close the door tightly … not 1/2 closed … not 3/4 closed … allllll the way closed. I’m ok. No major injuries except a bruised ego. Lol 😂 So, first rule … if it calls for the door anchor, close the door tight. Your sheer hulk strength is more than ya think and you’ll pull the anchor through if ya don’t shut the door. Promise, I am ok. Startled me more than anything. 😂😂😂 In other news, the river going through town is still flowing, but it won’t be long until it is frozen on top. Have an awesome weekend, all!
