Third week doing this. Reducing daily carbs to 30 or below. So far, I have almost no cravings for snacks and none for sweets. In fact, I have been able to keep my meals within an 8 hour window to give me a 16 hour daily fasting period. Dropping weight consistently. So glad I started now rather than waiting. #whywait
