We are staying at a beautiful inn in Saratoga Springs to visit our daughter. I asked them to heat my food and they didn't hesitate to say yes. Normally, I don't eat this early, but now I am prepared for a day where less than optimal choices will be presented and I am full with low carb, high protein food I cooked.
