#whywait here’s a 2 week update. Moving is important for me as I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. This has helped me to keep my food in check, my mood is better, and I have more energy. My sunrise walks clear my head and prepare me for the day. Fasting has been going well did my first 37:45 fast and will incorporate longer fasts every couple of weeks. Next lever is stress! My job is going through a merger and it’s stalled as of now with no conversion date on the table. It’s the unknown and that’s so stressful.
